الفساد الإداري وخطره في المجتمع الإسلامي : علاجه في ضوء القرآن الكريم

Abstract

Administrative corruption is the violence of rules and regulations of the
existing law of the state. It is an acute problem like contagious diseases nowa-
days in every state and society, even in Islamic states and society all over
the world including our dear motherland Bangladesh. From my observation
from various news articles, occurrences, features and own experience all the
sectors are going on with mal-situation specially in economic sector
including banking, import & export, building infrastructures, foreign affairs,
transportation, food poisoning, preservation, nepotism, illegal recruitment,
bribery, negligence of duty, political abusing etc. deterioration of law and
order situation, violence, kidnapping, low quality of goods and so on. As a
human being and specially being a citizen of a Muslim state and personality
of Muslim ummah, I, no way can support and tolerate this corruption in
every economic and social sector. Here I can specify, the corruption in
education, transfer, administration, custom, share-market tender, buying and
selling, sports, treatment in clinics & hospitals etc is beyond tolerance.
Corruption damages ethic, morality, religious and social value. It is such a
disease that paralyses the national economy, business and even personal life.
Therefore, in one word, I can say, there is no other way rather than uprooting
corruption. Therefore, I have decided to write this article under the title of
“Administrative corruption and its horrifying impact on Islamic society: Its
solution in the light of Holy Quran”. In this article I have mentioned the
literary and terminological definition of the word “Fasad” (Corruption) and
“Ifsad” and gathered all the Quranic verses related to them. Likewise, I have
discussed here the nature of administrative corruption, its types, causes,
significance and solutions in the light of the Holy Quran. Finally, I have
concluded this article by suggesting some points to prevent the
administrative corruption.
