Abstract

The book entitled “Waqf and its Functions for Grammarians
and Reciters of The Holy Quran” by Dr. Muhammad Khalil
Nasrallah Farraj is a peer-reviewed book, published in the
Annals of Arts and Social Sciences at Kuwait University as a
scientific refereed journal. In his aforementioned book, the
author explained multiple aspects and different issues related to
Waqf with wonderful accurate analyzes, by presenting the
views of ancient and contemporary linguists and creative
reciters. However, in the aforementioned article the researcher
will try to study these accurate analyzes in order to be able to
present to the readers and scholars a summary of the opinions
of these creators on the issue of Waqf that was arranged and
classified by the author in his book in a straightforward
approach and in an easy language.
