مساھمة الشاعر فروخ أحمد في ازدھار أدب الأطفال البنغالي : دراسة تحلیلیة

Abstract

Bengali literature has a great fame in the International literary arena. It
has many kinds of works in its several branches such as Epics, poems,
songs, dramas, sonatas, stories, Pothi literatures, Children’s literatures
etc. The poet Farrokh Ahmad exhilarated to run in all kinds of above
mentioned literatures. In this regard he wrote a lot of poems and dramatic
stories in Bengali Language for the children such as PakhirBasha1996,
Horofer Chora 1968, NatunLekha 1969, Chorar Ashor 1970,
ChiriaKhana 1980, FoolerJalsa 1985 KissaKahini, Shat ShagorerMaji,
SirajamMonira etc. There are a lot of literary books which were written
by him for the children and were included to the Syllabus of the primary
and high school levels by the academic council of the east Pakistan
school text book board a that period. Some of those books are at a
glance: NayaJamat 1st part, 2nd part, 3rd part and 4th part. All of his
writings for the children carry his special thinking about the children
who are the very vital elements for a nation. He wants to increase and
develop their future life in every field such as education, culture,
business, society, politics and others. The poet has invested his
maximum emphasis on his writings, thinking to improve the brain of the
upcoming generation of the world. So he wrote a lot of literatures which
are suitable for our children. In this regard we can say that Farrokh
Ahmad was a poet who has a great contribution to improve the
Children’s Literatures in Bengali. The best of my effort in this article
will be invested to try to present some of his literary works for children
as a contribution to develop the literature in Bengali. May Allah be kind
enough to help and make us to be successful in our good intentions in our
all sectors of life. Ameen!
