Magnetohydrodynamic Heat and Mass Transfer Forced Convection Flow Along a Stretching Sheet with Heat Generation/ Absorption
Abstract
The steady two-dimensional MHD heat and mass transfer forced convection flow of a viscous incompressible fluid near an isothermal
linearly stretching sheet in the presence of a uniform magnetic field with heat generation/absorption is considered. The equations
governing the flow, temperature and concentration field are reduced to a system of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations.
These non-linear differential equations are integrated numerically by using Nachtsheim-Swigert shooting iteration technique along
with sixth order Runge-Kutta iteration scheme. Finally the effects of the pertinent parameters are examined.
